Commissioning Position

NHS Vale of York CCG does NOT routinely commission funding for continuous glucose monitoring.  Funding will only be considered by the Individual Funding Request Panel (IFR) where exceptional clinical circumstances are demonstrated.  All cases require prior approval as a restricted treatment.
