TEWV (York and Selby Locality) Access and Crisis Teams referral remit and contact numbers
People of all ages can contact their local TEWV crisis service on Freephone number 0800 0516 171. The phone line is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, making it easier for people to access help in a mental health emergency. If you have not already done so, please can you print and display the TEWV crisis service poster within your practice to help raise awareness of this among your patients. We also request that posters displaying the 0300 number are removed as the Freephone line will replace this number in the coming months. Professional line access has not changed.
