Come along to our next Patient and Public Forum on 9th May at the Galtres Centre in  Easingwold.

Our May forum will focus on self care, which is one of our main priorities over the coming year.  We want to develop a self care strategy to support patients to be as informed as possible about their own health care and options.  The forum will provide an opportunity to learn about sources of support and contribute your own suggestions about development of our self care strategy.

Our Patient and Public Forum is your opportunity to help us to make the right decisions about the future of your local NHS.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never been to an event like this before we want let you know what we are up to and hear your views.
